Venison Steak Salad with Candied Pecans
Ingredients
3 oz of venison steak cut into strips or chunks
Montreal seasoning
2 cups mixed salad greens
2 tbsp blue cheese crumbles
2 tbsp chopped candied pecans
3 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette
1 tbsp olive oil
caramelized onions (optional)
Instructions
Coat both sides of steak in Montreal seasoning
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and cook steak until it’s brown on both sides
Spread mixed greens evenly on a plate and place steak on top
sprinkle on blue cheese crumbles and candied pecans and top with balsamic vinaigrette
Optional: Add
caramelized onions
